I really don't know how I feel about books that watch the students. I mean, we are in higher education, it should be up to the student whether or not they want to take the initiative to study or not. It is their money, if they want to be there, and they want to learn, then that is their choice.
Of course, being a teacher myself, I want to make sure that my students are learning. I want to make sure I catch the ones struggling, but do we need books that are fashioned after big brother?
I don't know, just something to think about.
